CITY COUNCIL BILL#11-0787/ SALE OF PROPERTY – BLOCK 1250, LOT 7C AND THE FORMER BEDS OF PORTIONS OF FRONT STREET AND TERMINAL STREET (Administration – City Council President Young) For the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to sell, at either public or private sale, all its interest in certain properties known as Block 1250, Lot 7C and the former beds of portions of Front Street and Terminal Street and no longer needed for public use; and providing for a special effective date.
